What is All-on-4?
Four implants per jaw hold a fixed set of teeth, usually 12 per arch.
- Suitable when most or all teeth in an arch are missing or failing
- Angled posterior implants can work around limited bone at the back

What is All-on-6?
Six implants per jaw hold a fixed bridge, usually 14 teeth for the whole arch. The extra pair spreads chewing load better than All-on-4, which supports a longer-lasting result.

What does the warranty cover?
Every case comes with a written warranty of up to 15 years depending on the implant system used, plus the manufacturer warranty card for each fixture placed. It covers the implant and the prosthetic work in your plan, provided you attend your review appointments.

What support do you provide for international patients?

What if I do not have enough bone?
We assess bone volume on your CBCT scan before you fly. Where bone is limited we plan grafting, a sinus lift, or angled implants so the fixtures anchor in denser bone. Your plan states which approach your case needs and what it costs.
What can I eat with my temporary teeth?
Soft foods for the first weeks: eggs, fish, pasta, soups, steamed vegetables and anything you can cut with a fork. Avoid hard, crunchy and chewy food until the final bridge is fitted, after which you can eat normally.
How long does the All-on-X surgery take?
The surgical appointment covers removal of any remaining hopeless (loose or severely damaged) teeth, insertion of the dental implants and securing them with sutures, and placement of a full set of temporary bridge. It takes approximately 2.5 to 3 hours per arch.
Afterwards it is essential to maintain proper oral hygiene: regular dental check-ups, professional cleanings, and daily care with a soft bristle toothbrush and proper oral hygiene products.
Do I need bone grafting for All-on-X implants?
Bone grafts are usually unnecessary for All-on-4 implants because the two implants at the back are positioned at angles of 30 to 45 degrees from the biting plane. This placement improves the anchorage of the implants on the available bone, reducing the need for additional grafting. It simplifies the treatment process and enhances the stability and long-term success of the implants and the final bridge.
How is All-on-X different from a traditional removable denture?
A removable denture can be taken in and out by the patient and tends to loosen or press uncomfortably while eating. All-on-X is a fixed bridge secured onto the implants: you cannot remove it yourself, and only your dentist takes it off for maintenance when needed.
